Happy 2015! I hope you had a fun-filled New Years Eve, and are ready to take the new year by storm. Here’s a selection of some seriously amazing calendars for this year.
For those looking for more colour in 2015
Dozi Design is led by an engineer turned stationary designer from California. Each monthly design is very light, fresh and minimalistic, while full of different shapes and colours.
For Letterpress fanatics
The guys from iSkelter (yup those behind the nifty design of ‘the Lift’) came up with a whole different kind of calendar. The letters of this calendar are pressed twice onto the thick cotton stock in two colours, using the 150+ year old letterpress method. The cards are held together in an iSkelter signature eco-friendly bamboo stand. Pretty!
For those in need of more handsome French bearded guys in their life
Michoucas Design has created this fashionable fellow to greet you for the next 12 months (and give Mindful inspiration in the process!)
If you’ve outgrown the Playboy calender, but are missing the nudity
A new take on the age-old nudie calendar, that’s what Hong Kong based designer Anna Gleeson came up with for 2015. There are girls and boys and ‘figures that you can’t tell if they’re boys or girls’ featured in this two colour riso printed calendar.
For lovers of Nordic Design
Danish designer Kristina Krogh created this stunning calendar for 2015. Printed on grey uncoated paper in black and gold foil, it’ll tell you the date while being très chique at all times.
For Mindful Monday lovers
One of the most popular posts in 2014, I’m happy to announce that Mr Simon is ready to ship you a Hoy calender for 2015!
When you could use more shiny things in your life
This ‘golden weekends’ limited edition calendar is hand printed on recycled French speckletone paper, and has a gold foil ocean, silk screen printed sun and black ink. No matter how grey the weather outside might be, that’s 365 sunsets right then and there.
