With the holidays coming up, December can be the perfect month to completely stress yourself out. My suggestion would be to try some mindful baking. When baking you can’t really get stuck brooding in end of the year worries, as you need to pay close attention to getting the right amount of ingredients together. It’s an easy enough activity though, it doesn’t take up hours of precious time, and when done right you have yummy cookies to mindfully devour within no time.
