Irene Hwang lives on the Gold Coast in Australia, and is painting away little babushka dolls fulltime. While painting she likes to watch television, which in return inspires her artwork. It’s pretty insane how well she can catch all the details that make the dolls resemble the tv and movie characters.
She doesn’t just do tv and movie characters though, rockstars, animals and even nine US supreme court judges were pictured on babushka dolls.
